I ship to all countries and provide door-to-door tracking to the US, Canada, and 55 other countries*.
As of April 17, 2026, I cannot ship to these countries due to international mail service suspensions until further notice:
| Afghanistan | Iran | South Sudan |
| Bahrain | Iraq | Sudan |
| Belarus | Israel | Syria |
| Bhutan | Kuwait | Turkmenistan |
| Cuba | Niue* | Venezuela |
| Eritrea | Russia | Yemen |
| Haiti | Seychelles |
* Orders shipped to Mexico may lose tracking depending on the tracking number of the label that gets assigned once Asendia receives the package and hands it off to Mexico's national postal service, Correos de México.
✦ What's the difference between a flatmailer and envelope for shipping?
A flatmailer is made of stiff paperboard that protects the shipped items from getting bent. It also includes tracking, which envelopes don't.
An envelope is cheaper but has the risk of getting lost or bent, so it's only recommended for photocards.
✦ What happens if my order never arrived or arrived damaged?
If:
- your order was shipped via flatmailer and was never delivered due to shipping errors from the carrier
- your items arrived damaged,
